  • Other Reasons: For all other return reasons (other than damage), the refund will be processed as a gift card equivalent to the cost of the product.

  • Exchange requests are applicable only for domestic orders (within India). International orders are non-exchangeable.

  • We will ship the new item once the original item is picked up and verified.
